Pilates & Slings

A Pilates & Slings class is a mat-based movement session that combines both classical and contemporary Pilates exercises along with Slings Myofascial Training techniques.

Slings Myofascial Training is a movement practice that focuses on the health and functionality of the body’s fascia, which is the connective tissue surrounding and connecting muscles, bones, and organs. This training method uses a blend of various movement techniques, spiralling, massaging, swinging, bouncing, stabilising, lengthening, melting (to name a few) all of which enhance the elasticity, multidimensional strength, glide and hydration of the fascial system.

Slings Myofascial Training aims to improve limberness, movement efficiency, and body awareness while supporting long-term functional fitness and resilience….. more importantly its fun and perfect for absolutely anyone and everyone!
